UNFURL - A Rest Practice
After much dilly-dallying, I’ve decided to dip my toes into the world of online classes, beginning with a monthly rest practice.
We’ll begin with some really gentle movement to soften in. Neck rolls, shoulder wiggles, tipping our knees from side to side - all the good (and soothing!) stuff. We’ll then move into some longer yin holds, before closing with a guided relaxation in the form of yoga nidra.
