January 29 - 31 2027 | Norfolk | a retreat by Anna Fahy + Rhona Frances

This retreat is now Sold Out - you can join the waitlist here

Join us for 3 days of carefully cultivated yoga practices, lovingly prepared seasonal food and deep, intentional rest.

we’ll spend the weekend nestled in the heart of the norfolk countryside, less than two hours from london.

What to expect

A retreat is an opportunity to take a break. To leave the noise and the pressures of your day to day life behind, even for a short while. It’s a chance to revel in the simple things - a quiet walk in nature, an inspiring chat with someone you’ve only just met, an afternoon holed up with a cup of tea and a good book while a cosy fire purrs beside you.

Our weekend together will consist of all of this and more.

Retreat Schedule

Each day will vary depending on the mood, needs and wants of the group. There will be no rushing, no striving, no need to achieve anything. Instead, we encourage exactly the opposite - long, unhurried conversations, meandering walks and time to savour our delicious meals.

Our Venue

We’ll spend the weekend surrounded by countryside in the beautiful village of Colton, just a 20 minute cab from Norwich. Our retreat home has been renovated with the sole intention of providing a sanctuary for its guests.

The yoga studio is both spacious and intimate and fully equipped with everything we might need. As well as a selection of exquisitely-decorated bedrooms, there’s space to cosy up on the sofa with a blanket and a cuppa, relax in the wood-fired hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna or even take a dip in the plunge pool (for the very brave!).

Colton itself is a small, tranquil village surrounded by woodland. There are plenty of walking routes which we can easily access from the house.

Getting there: Trains to Norwich regularly depart from Liverpool Street and take approximately 1.5 hours. Otherwise, our venue is a 2 hour drive from London.

Room Options + Pricing

There are a selection of beautifully decorated rooms on offer to suit different needs and price points. Please don’t feel that you have to come with friends in order to share a twin or triple room. Many (if not most) people come on retreat alone. They tend to naturally cultivate a gathering of like-minded people, so friendships are formed easily.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required upon booking, with the remaining balance due by December 18th 2026.

We would love for this retreat to be as accessible as possible, so payment plans are absolutely available. Drop me a line (either by email or through your booking form) and we can chat through different options.
